 Counselling and Support

The team of professionally qualified psychologists and counsellors at the Sydney Counselling Centre can help with all manner of personal problems - anxiety, grief, family and relationship difficulties, stress, trouble at work, and many others. Counselling is a collaborative, supportive process that sees the counsellor guiding the client towards an awareness of the roots of his or her problem and other factors that have a negative impact on daily life.
